Fastlane Advertising has worked with a variety of clients that have significant outreach in the business-to-consumer market. We provide a full range of integrated tools, including print and broadcast advertising, collateral/brochure development, Web site dsign, direct mail and point-of-purchase support. Among the areas in which we are most active are:

Real Estate
We have worked with clients in both commercial and residential real estate development. From large office complexes in the Washington, DC area to high-end homes in the Florida Keys, we continue to represent leading clients in the real estate community. Among the clients with whom we have worked are: Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate, Sunset Key, D’Asign Source Realty, , Century 21, Preferred Properties and others.

Tourism/Special Events
We worked with the Key West Attractions Association to develop a new promotional campaign for 2002, centered around the design of a new Attractions brochure with a campaign icon to serve as the graphic centerpiece for the campaign. This brochure is distributed to travel agents and visitors on the mainland and throughout The Keys and Key West. .

We developed a campaign for the APBA Offshore Powerboat races in the Florida Keys, including the Marathon Grand Prix and National Championships in Key West. We created logo designs, promotional and commemorative posters, a brochure for both events, print and radio advertising and credential design.

Restaurants
We have worked with some of the best-known and established restaurants in the Keys, We provide communications support ranging from radio and print advertising in regional and local media, to point-of-purchase materials (menu design and display, T-Shirt and merchandise sales, promotional specials, etc.) to brochure development, and are currently working on Web sites design and development.

Accommodations
We have more experience working with inns, bed-and-breakfast facilities and hotels in Key West than any other ad agency. From new Web designs for Coconut Grove to collateral and promotional support for The Mermaid & the Alligator and Atlantic Shores, Impressions served the diverse advertising needs of the Keys accommodations community for nearly 20 years.


Media
We worked with Key West Publishing, Inc. to provide complete design and production services for the launch of the Key Wester Magazine in August, 2002. We provided all design direction, color palette identification and electronic camera-ready production for the Key Wester, a Florida Keys version of the New Yorker and Washingtonian magazines with both a local and national advertising and readership base.
